Meet The Team

    Gail Christie, RMT
    Reiki Master Teacher

    Gail Christie is committed to compassion, health, and joy and helping other people awaken to their own energy bodies and heal on all levels through Holy Fire® Reiki. Reiki releases the blocked energy that is often the root cause of distress and pain and enables one to reach a place of relaxation, focus, balance, renewal and joy. She offers private Reiki sessions, workshops, and Reiki classes of all levels at Awaken Wellness Center.

    Gail is a certified Holy Fire® III Usui and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher. She received her Reiki training from the International Center for Reiki Training and a degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Connecticut. Her Reiki practice follows a career in conference planning, graphic design, being a mother and grandmother, as well as a lifelong spiritual journey. She has a 35+ year meditation practice and has been practicing and teaching Holy Fire Reiki since 2014. She also provides compassionate care to hospice patients as a Reiki volunteer for Caring Hospice Services.

    Lisa Weitzmann, LMT
    Licensed Massage Therapist

    Lisa Weitzmann is a resident of Brewster/North Salem. She graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mount Kisco. She specializes in Deep Tissue and Swedish massage while incorporating elements of Reflexology, Myo-Fascial release, stretches, and sports massage for relieving the effects of stress, chronic pain, headaches, repetitive motion syndromes and tendonitis. Lisa is certified in Scar Tissue Release, a member of AMTA, and is licensed by the State of New York to practice massage. She also practices geriatric massage. Her philosophy is LIVE Peace, Health, and Happiness.

    Kelly Napier
    Certified Personal Trainer

    Kelly Napier is a Certified Personal Trainer and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Program. She also holds certifications from Precision Nutrition and NASM for Corrective exercise, Stretching, and Flexibility. 

    Kelly is currently offering one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. Stretching benefits include reduced muscle and joint pain, increased range of motion and flexibility, improved sports performance, improved posture, and stress reduction. Clients often feel more energetic after a session and report a good night's sleep. Kelly has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels and clients both pre and post-surgery.

    ​Ben VanRoy
    Clinical Social Worker

    Ben VanRoy is a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy for adults, older adolescents, and individuals. He provides an integrative approach combining psychodynamic therapy, creative processes, and body-centered therapy. He has practiced in New York and California in community mental health clinics, schools, family care settings, and substance abuse treatment centers.
