The Body is God's Messenger
Michelangelo was asked by the pope about the secret of his genius, particularly in regards to the statue of David, largely considered to be the greatest sculpting masterpiece of all time. Michelangelo responded by saying, “It's simple. I just remove everything that is not David.”

The layers of tension and stress descended onto Kelly's lower back. The chronic muscular contractions, overall body fatigue and nervous system irritation caused by years of trauma, stress and overcompensation, worsened her condition. Kelly walked into my office in tears looking for relief and a fist full of answers.
In consult, I empathically listened and visually tracked Kelly's body language and facial expressions. I intuited who Kelly might be if it were not for the grief and trauma that was erupting from her physiology and overwhelming her nervous system.
"It's simple, I just simply remove everything that is not Kelly."
For many of us, stored deep within the cells of our nervous system, lives a history of conversations, stories and traumas that alter a person, their passions, purpose and life direction. They come in with a body expressing pain, a mind searching for answers and a soul deeply wounded that's wanting peace, a gentle place to pause and an intuitive soul to usher them back home.
